Not yet. Alerts for a workspace go to one channel. If your teams need separate channels, use a workspace per team.

What if I don't know who opened it?

Then the message says someone opened it, with their location and device. Send personal links, or turn on the email gate (Pro), to see names.

Do I need a Slack admin?

Only if your Slack workspace restricts who can add apps and webhooks. Otherwise anyone can create an incoming webhook for a channel they're in.

Create an incoming webhook in Slack

In Slack, add an incoming webhook for the channel you want, for example #deals. Slack gives you a URL starting with https://hooks.slack.com/. How to

Paste it into Linkjar

In Linkjar, open the workspace menu and choose Alerts & HubSpot. Paste the webhook URL and press "Save & send test". A test message should appear in the channel.

Send links as usual

Give each person their own link (free) so the alert says who opened it, not just that someone did.

Slack alerts are on Pro. Email alerts when a link is opened are free on every plan.
