Linkjar has four plans: Free, Starter, Pro and Business, each adding more documents, branding control and tracking detail. Here's what's included at each level.

Free

Share documents as links at no cost, with no view limit and no expiry unless you set one yourself.

Upload files up to 10MB each
Flipbook mode (show PDFs and slides as a flipbook or in presentation mode)
Embed your documents on your website
Get a QR code for every link, ready for print
Track views (see how many times each link has been opened)
You can replace a document without changing its share link, embed or QR code up to 3 times

Starter: $6/mo

Billed monthly. Adds your own domain, no badge, and basic security and alerts.

Everything in Free, plus:

Your own domain (e.g. docs.yourcompany.com)
No badge on your links
Passwords and expiry dates
View counts and email alerts
100 documents, 60MB each
No update limit on documents

Pro: $24/user/mo

Billed monthly. Built for knowing who read what, with per-person links and detailed analytics.

Everything in Starter, plus:

Who opened it: per-person links and email gate
Time on every page, scroll depth and clicks
Instant alerts by email and Slack
Your logo and colours everywhere
Video, rooms and the Claude connector
500 documents, 95MB each

Business: $49/user/mo

Billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 users. Designed for sales teams needing multiple domains and a fully white-label viewer.

Everything in Pro, plus:

HubSpot sync (coming soon)
Fully white-label viewer (no top bar)
Up to 5 custom domains
5,000 documents, 95MB each

Enterprise

For larger teams, with single sign-on, audit log, security review and DPA, invoice billing and volume pricing. Talk to us to discuss your needs.
