What are the document and file size limits on each plan?
Each Linkjar plan has its own document count and file size limit, so how much you can upload depends on your plan.
Document and file size limits by plan
- Free: 3 documents, files up to 10 MB each
- Starter: 100 documents, files up to 60 MB each
- Pro: 500 documents, files up to 95 MB each
- Business: 5,000 documents, files up to 95 MB each
- Enterprise: custom limits, talk to us for details
For larger files such as product catalogs, paid plans accept files up to 1 GB.
To check: which specific plan(s) the 1 GB file size applies to, since the pricing page lists smaller per-file limits (up to 95 MB on Business) while the catalog page mentions paid plans going up to 1 GB.
If you need more space
- Check which plan you're currently on from your account settings.
- If you're close to your document or file size limit, upgrade to the next plan from your settings screen.
- For very large files or document volumes beyond the Business plan, contact the team to discuss Enterprise options.
Other things to know
- There's no limit on how many times your links can be viewed, even on the Free plan.
- Your links don't expire unless you set an expiry date yourself.
- On the Free plan, you can replace a document without changing its share link up to 3 times. Paid plans have no update limit.
