What happened to PDF Deck? Is my account affected?
PDF Deck is now called Linkjar. It's the same product and the same team, just a new name, so you'll see "Linkjar" on your dashboard and on your card statement instead of "PDF Deck."
Why the name changed
PDF Deck started as the easiest way to share a PDF as a link. Today people also use it to share web pages made with AI, videos, Word and PowerPoint files, and whole rooms of documents, so the name had outgrown it. Over 95,000 people have shared more than 461,000 documents through the product so far.
What this means for you
You don't need to do anything. Specifically:
- Sign in with the same email and password you've always used.
- Your links keep working. Anything shared on pdflink.to or on your own domain stays exactly as it is. Nothing you've already sent needs updating.
- Your account stays the same. Your documents, analytics and settings are all still there. Visiting pdfdeck.com will now take you to linkjar.com, and if you were already signed in, you'll stay signed in.
- Your price doesn't change. If you're on a paid plan, it keeps the same price and features. You can move to one of the newer plans if you'd like to, but you don't have to.
- Your card statement now says LINKJAR. That's simply the new name for the same charges you've had before.
If you use Canva or Claude
- Canva: No change needed. It's still called PDF Deck inside the Canva app, and anything you publish still goes to the same Linkjar account.
- Claude: Your existing connection keeps working as is. If you're setting up a new connection, use https://linkjar.com/mcp.
Sharing PDFs is still free
Uploading a PDF and sharing it as a link is still free, and you don't need to sign up to try it.
